Thank you for choosing BeauKnoHer Consulting. Due to the nature of consulting services, this Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.

1. Consulting Session Payments

All consulting sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking through our website.

Payments secure the reserved consultation time and preparation for the session.

2. Refunds

Consulting sessions are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

Because consulting services involve professional expertise and reserved time, refunds are generally not issued for completed sessions.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the appointment.

4. Missed Appointments

If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session may be considered a missed appointment and will not be refunded.

5. Technical Issues

If a session cannot be completed due to verified technical issues on the consultant’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

6. Consulting Packages

If consulting packages or extended engagements are offered in the future, separate agreements outlining payment schedules, refund eligibility, and service terms may apply.
